The following Shipping Policy (Shipping Policy) applies to all purchases of products made through www.toesoxaustralia.com.au (Products) and alongside Terms and Conditions at the point of purchase and the Refund Policy convey the terms of your purchase.

  1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

  1. Delivery Service Providers

You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Toesox Australia integrate delivery (Delivery Services) through the use of Australia Post (Delivery Service Providers). You acknowledge and agree that Toesox Australia is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.

  1. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for Toesox Australia to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-3 days where possible.  Toesox Australia will contact you if there are any delays.

  1. Shipment Locations

3.1. Domestic and New Zealand

Toesox Australia does not ship internationally at this time, other than to New Zealand.

3.2. Shipping Restrictions

Toesox Australia ships to both commercial and domestic addresses. Customers can have their products shipped to a P.O box.

  1. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
    • General Shipment times

 

  • Shipping prices vary depending on your location.
  • In providing the Purchase Services, Toesox Australia will provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers.
  • Toesox Australia endeavours to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you.
  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliver time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Toesox Australia makes every effort to fulfil your order.
    • Express Shipping

You are given the option of selecting express shipping through the Delivery Service Provider at checkout for an additional cost. Shipment times are dependent on the Delivery Service Provider.

4.3. General shipping

  • Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  • Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Toesox Australia will not be responsible for absent receivers or wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
  1. Tracking Options

Toesox Australia aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

  1. Products Damaged in Transit
  • Toesox Australia attempts to avoid any damage to Products during the shipment process by ensuring all packaging is appropriate and protective. However, in some instances damage occurs during transit.
  • In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Toesox Australia asks that you:
    1. contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
    2. contact Toesox Australia by sending an email to admin@toesoxaustralia.com.au outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so that Toesox Australia is able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.
  1. Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. Toesox Australia has found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Toesox Australia politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at admin@toesoxaustralia.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
