The Legging Standard

Choose leggings by comparing fit, length and the details that matter to your routine. This guide brings together the checks to make before you select a Tavi style.

Start with fit and length

Compare your waist and low-hip measurements with our clothing size chart. Then check the inseam on the individual product page. Where a legging finishes on your leg depends on both the garment’s inseam and your proportions.

For a closer look at length choices, read 7/8 vs full-length leggings. Browse the leggings collection to compare currently available styles and sizes.

Details to compare

  • Waistband: check the rise and construction described for the style.
  • Pockets: choose a pocket style if storage is part of your shopping brief, and check placement in the product photos.
  • Fabric: read the fibre percentages and features on the product page. Different styles can use different blends.
  • Seams and hems: examine the front, back and detail images to compare the finish.
  • Care: follow the garment’s care label and the instructions supplied for that item.

A closer look at the Ebony high-waisted legging

It lists four-way stretch, moisture-wicking fabric and a TaviSculpt® blend of 75% nylon and 25% spandex for the illustrated Ebony legging. Check each product listing rather than applying these specifications to every legging in the range.
